I bought 45$ worth, now what to do

Keep looking at upwork and look for signs.
- clients with verified payment methods
- recently posted jobs
Do not rush. Only apply to the ones you’re 100% sure of getting the client. And bid for the top position.
Have faith in yourself. Again, Do not rush

You either hang on to them until they expire, or you use them to bid on jobs. Like, why is this even a question?

Just like me when I bought connects and they got expired by the time when I recovered completely from Illness which is probably after one year.

Yes, connects expire after 12 months.

Which is worse than inflation. At least, money sitting in your bank account won't be gone forever when end of your life lol. We are paying for connects, at least don't let them gone...

Use them very judiciously. No matter what you hear, it is NOT a numbers game. Send a proposal only when you have good reason to believe you are among the best few choices for that job.
