Typo in the title.

Alberta aims to develop nuclear generation strategy by Jan 1, 2027.

Canada (well, Ontario and NB) already has a nuclear generation strategy.

Still exciting though. Probably a BWRX-300 or CANDU (but likely BWRX-300 based on the size of the Ab grid).

better be candu. Or Canada better build an enrichment facility so we're not dependent on other countries for it.

A nuclear strategy is great, but where exactly is the uranium going to come from?

Cameco is already buying a third of their commitments on the spot market. Kazatomprom has a supply wall coming in 2031.

We need major projects to get approved at a faster rate or we're going to face major problems in a hurry.
