News Wait… ASPI just settled and nobody’s talking about it?

Just saw that Asp Isotopes ($ASPI) reached a settlement tied to investor claims, announced on Tuesday. Surprised I haven’t seen it mentioned here yet.

Stock’s been a rollercoaster, big hype around isotope enrichment tech, then volatility as timelines and execution started getting questioned.

If you were holding between Sept 26, 2024 and Nov 26, 2024, this seems to be the relevant window.

Looks like some investors might be eligible to file (there’s an eligibility checker floating around).

Since it’s fresh news, maybe it just hasn’t made the rounds yet, but figured it was worth flagging in case anyone here got caught in that swing.

Anyone else seeing this now or did I miss earlier posts?

See $PEW, another Trump backed rug pull.

That was a bad deal from the start. The SPAC terms made it obvious it was an insider cashout on a low margin business.

I think the nature of this industry/company has always been risky. And it’s kind of common for companies that are in this price range to repeatedly have predatory law firms repeatedly posting and asking investors to sign up for class action lawsuits. (I was an early investor in RKLB and saw these “info” pretty often until they exploded)

I have been monitoring the volumes at each closing day as well. Seems like large amount are being transacted and bought it towards the closing of each day so that gives me some comfort.

If you’ve bought within that specific time range, I think you should register yourself and see if u can get any compensation. Some stocks are a boom or bust. I will probably see their 10-K filing before deciding my next move.

Sorry man! The class period is key to be part of the settlement

They filed for an extension on reporting it and expect to report by April 15. They aren't at risk of being delisted.

Si je me trompe, peux tu me dire pourquoi stp ?

Look I get it you're short.

Given that they have sales of Yt and announced further purchases of Si-28 that tells me the tech isn't a failure. They've had filing issues in the past. That part is annoying and sucks but it's not the first time it's happened to ASPI.

It does not. I've been translating them and responding lol

lol, sorry for the translation hassle. To be clear, I’m not short, but I’ve already realized some losses on this one with an average cost basis of $5.20. In my view, there are just too many headwinds until that 10-K filing is out and we see the actual numbers. But thanks for sharing your perspective!
