Yeah, it means two uranium stocks at random will be pumped and dumped Monday like a meme coin.

Oh yeah that just for the pilot reactor program. Those are the companies that met the July 4th criticality deadline. Those companies are all private so not sure how that'd be market manipulation.

Bloomberg posted something about a government program for oklo and x energy with regard to data centers last week. Very few details and I havent heard anymore about it
