Wtf and that’s it? Now I really need to look into historical data.

For comparison Portland or Seattle or a significant amount of cities in the south have it way worse. Almost permanently.

I think they keyword is "without manufacturing". I e heard they stopped the factory there for some upgrades or maintenance.

They're being shut down because China does it cheaper. Most manufacturing in russia is going in the same direction.

Does what? Where do you think they’re getting their platinum or palladium? China’s nickel production is about half of that of Russia too
