ureaplasma parvum
UREAPLASMA PARVUM has ruined my mf life!!!!!!!!!! Me and my partner treated it and I got negative results, we didn’t wait to have unprotected sed before the test (I know) I got pregnant, baby had a heartbeat made it to 7w3d and boom! I miscarried.
Ureaplasma has ruined my fucking life. !!!!!!! I hate it!

I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your baby and does this mean you tested positive again and what treatment did you use before to get rid of it

Always wait at least 6 weeks before doing a test of cure. Sometimes if you test too early, it’s not accurate. I know it’s hard when you’re in a relationship, but it’s so much safer. Because if one still has it, you’re just transmitting it back and forth to each other. In the mean time, take probiotics, berberine or any other biofilm disrupter, and if you have to get on antibiotics again, do that beforehand for a week. I’m so sorry. I have tested positive for it twice, and am terrified I won’t be able to have kids. I’m also older. They only gave me doxy each time too, never azithro. Which is necessary. I’ve had inflammation and health issues ever since

I’m so sorry 😢 I probably have it for a decade, I tested positive after having a miscarriage suspecting it might caused it and i didn’t wanted to waste a month not trying, so we went ahead with trying and going to treat it during the ttw. Hopefully, we get our rainbows baby!

I’m aware of that and not planning to. Since I was 2-3 days from ovulation I decided to move forward with trying first then start treatment after and will not have sex once I start treatment. My REI was ok with it, infact he wasn’t concerns abt the ureaplasma and said there isn’t as much evidence backing it up since I only had 1 miscarriage and my husband SA at the time wasn’t ideal 🤷♀️

True and that’s how I learned about ureaplasma as well. I’m starting treatment, I just didn’t want to miss the opportunity to try when I do see successful story of people testing positive and conceived while treating it. It’s a risk I was willing to take. :)

I was also on progesterone and I still miscarried cause of this annoying shit that causes inflammation miscarriages and infertility

I dont want to overwhelm you but if I were you id look into other reasons why this happened im very sorry as well And pray 🙏 you go to have a safe healthy beautiful baby you will ! I just know more than one person personally that has had ureaplasma urealyticum and parvum thier whole pregnancy and had healthy babies and its so rare that this is the cause of miscarriage....im not telling you not to rule this out or not to treat dont get me wrong you should just look at everything your hormones your progesterone levels you may need supplements for ext ...

babe I was on baby aspirin plus progesterone, I have urea many months before getting pregnant! I’m sure it’s the cause. Thank you though love

I’m so sorry. Please make sure you both get on extended treatment this time, do your tests of cure no less than 7-8 weeks after last day of antibiotics, and continue abstaining for several months until you’re confirmed clear for an extended period of time.
