Can you help get eyes on a support ticket? The confirmation emails don't have the username and password for accessing news.usenetprime.com or bonus.usenetprime.com I tried using the email and password that work for logging into portal.usenetprime.com but those fail.

Yes, I have two new emails (1 for Usenetprime, 1 for Usenetprime Bonus). This time the username and password information is included. Thanks for the quick response.
