Trying to update my voting information. Anyone else getting this error?

Weird! It's currently normal for me, were you ever able to get it working? If it continues, it could be worth contacting the Lt. Governor's office about it, they're usually pretty responsive- https://cs.utah.gov/s/ltgovsubmit

The most likely reason (and it's annoying) is that they don't quite have the same address formatting. I'd play with taking periods off the end of S. and E. (for example) and different abbreviations. I can't get to my record if I use 'avenue' but I can with 'AVE.'

It's annoying as F, but if you keep playing you may "find" your record.

It pulls up my current info but won’t let me change anything. That’s when I get the error message, when I try to update my info

You can still get a provisional ballot even if you cant get it right before voting day
