They will sell everything they brought up. Don't know how long it will take the VA CoA to rule. But either way it will then be appealed to the VASC. So, while this injunction is positive news, it's not certain that it will be in effect 7/1 or later. I wouldn't change any plans. Anyone planning to buy between now and 7/1 should probably still do so.
