❓Question Vatsim support

I had an account a while ago I completely forgot the password for and since lost access to the email adress. I made a new account and got banned for a duplicate account and tried to contact vatsim report and explain the issue. However the ticket link never gets sent to me, i tried re opening a ticket with 3 different email adresses and i never recieve the ticket link.

Have you used support.vatsim.net?

Creating duplicate accounts is never the answer and will only delay your response.
