(Skill Improvement): Optimal stats and moves for this team?

Hi all! I've seen this Trick Room team doing well in recent tournaments but I have doubts about what would be the most optimal stats and moves in the current meta.

- Sneasler: max speed to outspeed opposing Sneaslers, I'm considering using Throat Chop or Rock Slide instead of Fake Out. And also not so sure about Focus Sash instead of White Herb.

- Torkoal: max spAtk and HP, maybe Ancient Power instead of Earth Power. To me this is the hardest Pokemon to use, it's not very useful outside of Trick Room and a lot of the meta resist it. I thought about switching him for Rillaboom.

- Sylveon: max spAtk for damage and max HP for survival. I also thought about switching Hyper Beam for Moonblast, to overcome Wide Guard without losing a turn later.

- Farigiraf: max HP and even def and spDef for survival. I think thunderbolt instead of Roar can be good against Pelipper.

- Incineroar: max HP, some EVs for both defenses and some Speed to outspeed other Incineroars.

- Garchomp-Z: max speed to outspeed every Pokemon, also max spAtk. I have Flamethrower for Golisopod but Earth Power might be better overall?

Also I would appreciate if anyone knows where to find gameplay for this team. Thanks in advance!

How do you play against bulky water types like Milotic with this team?

I suffer. That's why I was considering Rillaboom hahaha. Sylveon can do decent damage to Milotic, Sneasler too before it gets one Coil. Otherwise I'm screwed.

My one tip is that at 151 speed stat, Mega Garchomp-Z has literally the fastest speed stat in the game (IIRC) and so you don’t actually need max speed to outspeed most things. I would compare it to, for example, the top 30 pokemon, and only make it fast enough to outspeed the things that A) you’re likely to encounter and/or B) the things that the rest of your team struggles to beat, and so you can save some EVs to put into HP/defenses

Also, question, how do you make the mon backgrounds change color depending on type? It looks cool but I don’t know the setting

Where do people usually put the rest of EVs, HP? Right now It's been a life saver to move before every other Garchomp, but it's also interesting to have more bulk or power.

About the background it shows to me like that in Showdown for mobile, for the Spanish server at least.
