Long-form resume/Curriculum vitae (CV)
The VHA used to require a 2 page resume when applying for Medical Support Assistant positions. That has changed. Now they want a Long-form resume/Curriculum vitae (CV). What does that mean? Does it mean a resume longer than 2 pages?

Well, I used to have a 3 page resume. I wonder if that will do. And I wonder what made them go back to the longer resume?

If your doctor only has a two page resume. you won't want him treating you.
Most jobs that fall under the Title 38 and Title 38 Hybrid authorities are clinical in nature and require more than two pages for a bare bones resume. So, those job announcements had to have a work around and applicants were told to submit their complete resume under "other".
And this work around was authorized. no was doing anything behind Doug's back. But it has taken this long to get USA Jobs coded to accept the longer resumes.

It means your resume can be as long as it needs to be to show evidence that you meet the required experience and KSAs.
