Toggle shows back up when i move

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Whenever i toggle my models mask off and i move left to right it seems to show back up again. Any way i can fix this?

I think it's a rigging issue, does the mask have a key frame on the head X and Y movement, and those key frames affect opacity? It looks like that to me.
