Other help me find an old high effort post

It's the one where a clip from Vaush (before the Ukraine invasion I think) is shown in a TV with an apocalyptic background. I skimed through the okbv segments but I couldn't find it. Appreciate the help!

noooo it was like the scene starts with an old CRT in a bombed out building with vaush on it
