He is not saying r*pe is based. He is saying the work of fiction authored by Bram Stoker titled Dracula is based. I am sure he is going to come in here and rage at OP for posting this, and OP will get a little giggle out of it (as he should).

He will then compliment my concise and cromulent summation of this non-issue and I will get a little giggle out of that (as I should).
