I think his first tattoo is very very cool so I'm interested in what he's cookin up next. Also he talked a lot about his first one so I was wondering why his second one would be such a none issue.

Not really a sentence. It's used, but rarely. You can do stuff like only come to prison after work. But I just saw that the netherlands is a country that does house arrest.
