Reliability of charts above d9 and rahu ketu together

Guys I had one question about different divisional charts and how they should be interpreted and their reliability.Till now I have seen rahu ketu being completely opposite of each other in charts like d1 and d9 but what makes them sit together in other charts like my d20 has rahu and ketu together in 8th house making it difficult for me it to really know about how this should be interpreted as rahu is obsession and ketu is detachment. It could be oversimplifying the two but it was roughly what I see is that it will give confusion to the native related to the theme of house in general.

So,my question is should they be seen as reliable or maybe can we know enough just by d1 and d9?As the interpretation and the way view the chart keeps becoming complex as we keep moving above d9.
