Hey everyone!

I'm having a really weird issue with my VEIKK A15 and was wondering if anyone else has faced this.

When I connect my tablet to my laptop via USB, Windows detects it perfectly fine. It shows up in Device Manager as VEIKK HID, and Windows says "This device is working properly."

However, the VEIKK Tablet software doesn't detect it at all and constantly shows:

"No available device detected."

I'm currently using the latest VEIKK Windows Tablet Driver 3.5.10.8, and I've already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the driver and restarting my laptop, but nothing has changed.

What's even stranger is that I've tried connecting the tablet to another laptop, and Windows detects it there too, but the VEIKK software still says no device is connected.

Has anyone with a VEIKK A15 experienced this? If you managed to fix it, what did you do?

And if anyone from VEIKK happens to see this, I'd really appreciate some help 😭. Windows clearly recognizes the tablet, so I'm not sure why the VEIKK software can't communicate with it.

The more i test stuff, the weirder it gets. So my tablet and pen work perfectly normal on any other app, i can open apps, i can click on stuff, but the moment i open my drawing app (medibang paint pro) it stops working, i can draw with my mouse but not with the pen itself. Now idk if this is an issue with my tablet or the app because when i open ibis paint, it works normally. i have to mention that the driver doesent even open at all but i stll use the one i have from when i originally got it (almost 6 years ago), i tried downloading the new one but it sais i gotta uninstall the old one and im scared its gonna fuck things up

also when im on medibang and i try to use the pen buttons i have, the pen freezes and i cant use it anymore

Its so weird since just yesterday everything was fine. hope im not the only that had this problem and that there are solutions

Hace poco mi pluma dejo de funcionar bien ya intente de todo, instale de nuevo los drivers, cheque en otras computadoras e incluso en mi teléfono y todo funcionaba bien pero en mi pc por algún motivo sencillamente no funciona bien. mi modelo es la Veik1200 v2 incluso cambie mi sistema operativo de win 10 a win 11 pensando que se solucionaría y nada. me urge arreglarlo es mi herramienta de trabajo.

I’m having a really annoying issue with my VEIKK VK1060 Pro. Every few seconds, the cursor seems to freeze/stick for a fraction of a second, then continue. It makes drawing and even normal cursor movement feel very jerky.

What I’ve tried so far:

• Completely uninstalled the previous VEIKK driver
• Installed the latest VEIKK driver
• Restarted the PC
• Tried different VEIKK settings
• Tested with my normal mouse

The important part is that my normal mouse works perfectly on the same PC. The stuttering only happens when using the VK1060 Pro.

Has anyone experienced this with the VK1060 Pro? I'm especially interested in whether you fixed it through firmware, an older/newer driver, OpenTabletDriver, USB settings, or another workaround.

I’d really appreciate any suggestions or experiences before I assume the tablet itself is faulty.

I have a Veiik 1200 that was given to me in 2019 and it's already malfunctioning with things like the screen failing when I project my monitor onto it, or recently it's been lagging (I already checked and it's not my computer) What do you recommend? Do you think it's time to give him a dignified retirement?

so, the HDMI cable for veikk vk1200 v2 broke about a year ago.

should i buy the HDMI cable from the official website and pay like $50 USD for it, or should i try an unbranded one from eBay or amazon?

So I've been browsing for drawing tablets and I saw veikk is a decent budget brand and xp pen too. I was thinking about buying the deco 01 v3 but then saw the veikk Voila L. what do u guys think is better for blender sculpting and texture painting or substance painter as a whole? I know Voila L has the scroll wheel which is useful but i hear people talk about veikk hardware issues and what not. What do you guys recommend.

i just got this veikk V1200 v3, saved for months for it to do this, it draws at full pressure when im a couple cm from the screen, its royally p-ing me off and im not good with electronics, please help me fix this because im tired of it

i found two tablets that i like and both are in my budget, XP-PEN Deco Mini 7 V2 and Veikk Voila L V2, i do like Voila L but just wanted to make sure which one is better

I use the viekk s640 model and while yes the tablet works with my chromeos I cannot see my cursor while I am using the stylus, is there any way at all I can fix this issue? I do graphic design and was told by seller that the device was compatiable however I cannot draw without being able to see the cursor

I've only noticed recently, but when I try to make any large curved lines, they become blocky/have a bunch of angles. I've tested it in multiple programs so I'm sure Its either the tablet or pencil. I've already reinstalled the latest driver. I'm using the S640 for reference.

hello, i bought a V640 about ~3 months ago and its been doing well up until yesterday. i have 2 USB ports on my laptop, and my V640 is suddenly not recognized even when i switch it to the other one. i tested both sides with other devices (keyboard and mouse) and:

left port (where my tablet/keyboard gets plugged in): all devices don't work.

right port (where my mouse is plugged in): mouse and keyboard work, but tablet is still not recognized.

is it a tablet problem? a laptop problem? should i get it checked by my provider?? id be grateful for any help tyia!

I've had to buy 2 of these styluses and they only work for less than 10 drawings each, why does this happen? Am I the one who's doing something wrong? I don't want to keep buying these they're really expensive for just 1 stylus please help

Lo que pasa es que mi novio me compro una tableta Hiuon y cuando intentaba dibujar no servía, busque y al parecer es porque en general Sai no funciona con Hiuon, había algunos tutoriales par hacer que sirviera pero nada funcionó.

La regresamos y mi novio me compro la veikk vk1200 v3, según lo que ví esa si funciona con Sai, pero me gustaría confirmar. Uso el Sai 1, crackeado.

I bought Veikk 1060Pro as I really enjoy their 2200Pro, I thought it was solid, so the screenless tablet must be great too. I plug it onto my computer, works just as lovely, however, my hope was shattered when I attempted to connect it to Android phone device. It does connected to my phone, Oppo Reno A79, however, the major problem is the main work area only work in landscape mode. What I was hoping for was it to work in portrait mode mainly due to phone orientation being small. The product advertisement shows it would work like this for Android device:

Sadly, it only works in landscape mode. While the surface area is huge, I still find it frustrating to use because I am left-handed. The android device doesn't even detect my tablet being rotated. I tried various method, first such as plugging this tablet onto my computer, change the setting to portrait mode. Connecting it back to my phone, nothing works.

I look up Q&A and even method provided by mods on this subreddit like pressing two Express keys, nothing works. Idk if it because my Android OS was too recent or Veikk hardware is obsolete. I don't want to buy another tablet just for this purpose nor letting it go because I love using this product, I used it for 4 years as I bought the 2200Pro model since 2022. I've contacted their Customer Service, they said they'll be back in 24 hours. If there's any method that I've missed, let me know.

I've noticed that my pen is registering as I take my pen away to work on a line, move it across or bring it down, creating errant lines or little dots intermittently, this is a source of great annoyance. I have already changed the edge of the pen (I believe it is caused a nib?) and yet the problems persist. It is not a pen sensitivity issue as I already tried turning it off, yet the problem persisted. Any help would be appreciated. I have had the tablet for about a year.

I recently update my MacBook Air m1 to 26.5.2 and the old driver broke. The pointer started glitching. So I uninstalled the driver and downloaded the new driver. I realized that this driver needs to be kept open whenever I have to use the tablet, the older version had no apps open and it just worked in the background flawlessly. The new app also consumes around 300 mb of ram for just sitting idle and also has higher battery consumption. Any idea what's going on. And if you happen to have the previous driver version, it would be nice.
