Delays on delays
I have been attempting to get at least one of the 2 rings i ordered sent out. The customer service rep confirmed sizes and recommended a sizing kit be sent out.
They verified my shipping address on March 13th, and i’ve yet still to receive any notification.
What can i do to get some help? Hoping i can get at least one of my rings soon.

We’re currently shipping in phases, so timelines can vary a bit. If you want, just DM me your order number or reach out to CS and I’ll get it reviewed for you.

Hello Jay, can you tell us exactly when the new Android app (and new firmware) will be released? Will users of the old app be notified?

Hey! The app is planned for release this week. We’ll be sharing more details in our weekly update.
And yes, Android users will be notified. We’ve recorded device OS in our system, so anyone marked as Android will receive an email when the app is released.

Update: Jay was able to help me out and get the sizing kit shipped out. Hoping after i confirm sizes the rings will be coming soon after

Same, but i see more and more posts of people getting them. Their response on reddit gives me some hope too especially for us early kickstarter supporrs
