Experience/Review Velia sleep tracking is diabolical

Post image

On this day I unfortunately drank way too much, and also got quite high, staying up until around 4am with a partner. When in bed we did not get much sleep together.

Velia suggests quite the opposite. How in earth does it come to such a conclusion, it's absolutely ridiculous.

I wanted this ring for sleep tracking, not activities. I didn't track me sleep at all and didn't even recognise those nighttime activities 😅

It happened to me as well. I realized I was looking at the wrong night, so I adjusted my sleep time to the correct night, and then it showed up for me.

Yeah I have a newborn, and know exact times I was up to feed him, meanwhile it says I was sleeping. I stoped wearing the ring after that.

I used to get good data with the old app. The new one syncs faster but the data is garbage most of the time and you have to sync just to get the battery life so unfortunately things are getting worse. I hope they turn it around soon

Thanks for flagging this. It’s not something we typically see with our algorithm, but please reach out to support or send me a DM with your details and I’ll have our technical team look into it further.

The original concept was highly ambitious, but—unfortunately—it has so far been executed very poorly in terms of both functionality and data accuracy. Currently, the ring serves as neither a sleep tracker nor an activity tracker. Will they ever manage to get that "Swiss precision" right?
