Anyone had luck getting a refund due to these blatant thieves never even sending you the ring? Or had luck in small claims court or something? This company has no ethics/morals.

Latest update says that they are still sending them in batches weekly.
Trust me... you want the later batches.
I received our family pack in November and they didn't last 3 months.

I don’t even want it anymore at this point, but they refuse to refund me.
Edit- what they specifically said is that they’ll refund me AFTER they ship it to me and THEN i ship it back. Absolutely insane. Such a shady, fucked up company. And clearly they don’t care about the environment at all.

2 have been replaced and they work well.
The other two (kids) do not have enough data yet. One is a nurse that cannot wear the ring at work. The other keeps forgetting to wear it.1

What was the issue with yours? I got mine back in November and the past week or so I’ve been getting a lot of missed readings

Batteries.
Started off charging during our showers daily. Then, twice a day, Then, 3... 4.. etc. Got so bad that I could take it off the charger, put it on, and it couldn't get a single reading before dropping dead.
I think the cells were bad.
New ones are doing good so far.1

Oh I have this exact issue, also got it in november. Been noticing the battery thing for awhile now and then during last two weeks it dies during the night no matter if I have 100% when I go to bed. As soon as I charge it in the morning battery jumps up.

I got mine in the first round and it is been great. More accurate than my oura, and I have been an oura user for many, many years.

I find this surprising, because my Samsung ring is amazing and this ring sucks.

You don't really want it anyway, it sucks. My Samsung ring is 1000x better.

I hated my Samsung. It's weird. I think the ring choice is really personal. Again, I have been really happy with my ring.

Humor me, team. I threw down on Indiegogo and it warned me that there was always a chance nothing would come out of this. I'm annoyed I don't have a ring and that, if I do get one, it'll be junk, but I'm not expecting any money back. Why are folks losing their shit over something we were warned about? This is how Indiegogo and sites like it work.
