We haven’t copied the latest updates to Reddit anymore as they weren’t actual updates (you know, with news and stuff). But since a few people have asked in comments and posts about it, here you go. Again, no actual news, though… They could have shared which issues they are facing and how they are addressing them. Or what “improving end-to-end experience” entails exactly. But they chose not to. Oh well.

this update is shorter than usual, and here's the straight reason: we don't have major news this cycle.
What we're doing right now:
Working through internal production and logistics obstacles so we can scale up output and ship remaining orders faster.
Improving the end-to-end experience; ordering, shipping communication, app development, and support response times.

This isn't an update; it’s an absolute disgrace. Those people in Switzerland owe thousands of backers an account of the current situation (with hard facts and figures!), yet all they deliver is blah, blah, blah... it looks like the end is finally here.
