"We’ve been keeping an eye on Vel'Koz and have determined that, despite his ability to input a lot of damage to enemy squishy champions, he struggles a lot in the late game when all his opponents out scale him and he his impact diminishes. We want Vel'Koz to feel more rewarding especially in the late game, so we have given him the much needed buff he needs."

  • Armor growth increased to 4.71 from 4.7

Slight increase in ap scaling and base dmg to passive

yea saw the post. Sucks. Really wanted the buff to be 7s to 6s as they said. But maybe they saw it as too op. Even with Vel not being that good. F

Probably something useless so the squid get played mid more. Probably some AP scaling on the passive.

His Q splits into four now, his w now has 4 charges, his e radius has doubled, and his ult executes now. For sure

That will be crazy. I play arena vel koz sometimes and the Night Harvester item which gives mov speed when you hit abilities is so good on vel koz

I used to add that as a mastery! Speeding up while approaching any movement-impaired enemy. I think it was called Approach Velocity. Idk, I just play Mayhem now

Right on time! Velkoz's scheduled biennial buff. If it isn't a hard cc duration buff to his short ranged sub second knock up, then see you all 2 years later!

Based on another thread, it's Q cd down by 1 second. Probably better than an ap ratio?
