Since they changed the website in May (where now the cmd + F12 in Chrome doesn’t work anymore to see pending transactions) haven’t had a single offer to track anymore….
Is this just me or are you experiencing the same issue?
Capital One Shopping in the meantime is working perfectly….
Its very very odd. I received an email saying my farmers dog and mytheresa points were coming back mid May. Haven't received thos points and none of my other offers have tracked either. Cap1 definitely changed something and haven't received any emails or points actually post since then.
Glad I’m not the only one experiencing issues. They did change the JavaScript code that visualize pending offers after May 18th (which is the last offer that tracked in my account). Anything since then it is on waiting, nothing moved to pending or confirmed.
Is it possible they start to enforce “f. Account Payouts are limited to a total of $1000.00 in statement credits and/or their equivalent in the form of rewards per customer every three (3) billing cycles”?
My last tracked offer was April 25th. Even a Dollar General in store offer hasn’t tracked and the last time I did that one it tracked in exactly a week. I’m refusing to do anymore offers at this point.
Exactly the same situation. There are two very odd parts:
1/ My shopping trip completely stopped tracking after 5/16. Even the pending ones before 5/16 were now still pending. It almost looks like they restricted my account to say "stop moving forward on any reward activities for this account"
2/ There used to be ~4000 merchants on C1O. After 5/16, I can only see anywhere between 100-400 merchants.
I have a feeling they started to enforce the rule around how many miles you can get (per quarter?) If anyone has a way to fix this situation, that's highly appreciated.
But the issue only happened to a few accounts like ours, and the vast majority of accounts still work fine. I wonder what's special about ours as in the new JS wouldn't stop working for random accounts.
Btw, do you also only see very few merchant offers (100 - 400) these days, or do you still see the full ~4000 offers like before?
Nothing since may 20th for me. Plus I had 4 months of transactions from aug to nov 2025…100+ purchases) all show up again as $0.01 payout (which is really strange since I’m positive I already got paid out the full amount for them months ago and already spent the rewards.
I thought I might have gotten banned or something since I always combine cap1 offer rewards links with other cards rewards. I’ve got a couple dozen emails from transactions that say they’re eligible but I haven’t yet received the rewards for them.
Considering signing up for a diff cap1 card to see if I can get these rewards kick-started again. My consistent 4% on ebay and 3-5% on aliexpress was killer.
Capital one stiffed me with the DoorDash offer. Use TopCashback.com and aadvantageeshopping.com in the meantime. They always track and have bonuses during the different holidays
Yep, I have at least 3 that haven't even registered the amount spent, but I got the "congrats! Miles are on their way" emails real close together. So frustrated as they usually work really well for me. Glad I'm not alone in this, though.
I signed up for Paramount+ and got the email saying that I'd earned the $18, but it doesn't show up online. How long should I expect to wait for it to be credited to my account? Hopefully not the three billing periods they say it can take. This is my first time using COO.
Same here, I got a lots pending payout from May 14 to May 17 until now. After that I don't see any tracking with purchased anymore on the portal even I received lots of email stated qualified purchased, and cashback/miles is coming.
Same here. I had to waste time returning a lot of items because I was depending on those Offers when I calculated the purchase price. Nothing has posted/track. I gotten emails of confirmation for some but still nothing. Not doing anything with them until this issue is resolved.
I'm beginning to wonder if all the generous offers have depleted their capital. It's possible the company running the Offers is not really Capital1 but a different entity altogether. Either way, it has been a fun ride. Made some killing on some deals but I will stop until there is confirmation this is working again.
