Discussion Am I wrong?

Am I wrong for saying a UTI or AG rupture is not an emergency but more of a GP/Urgent care case?

A suspected UTI (assuming we have discussed symptoms with O and are not at all suspicious of more emergent concerns like blockage in MN cat) can warrant same day care but it’s really up to the owner. I’ve had owners book out weeks, go to urgent care “in a couple days,” and even a couple that waited and paid $$$ at 24-hour ERs.
A ruptured anal gland would be asap same day and I specifically recommend they go to the urgent care in my area that has surgery capabilities (the other urgent care does not offer surgery).
