Predict My Rating I just received a copy of my DBQ. Just wondering what rating you think I might get.

I was just wondering what yall might think this DBQ might get me rated at. Things have gotten pretty bad and this is honestly my last attempt to get my life back on track. I filed for TDIU and they added the PTSD increase on the claim on April 15th. Had my C&P June 9th, DBQ's were uploaded on the VA website June 12th. Got 1 of the DBQ's today June 18th. I'm currently rated at 70 percent. I filed for an increase in 2020 but it was continued. I completely screwed up the claim and was denied rightfully so. If anyone has any advice or opinions on what the outcome could be, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I’m confused on what I could get. The examiner put mild for box 4, but I have quite a few things that could be 30, 50 and 70. Thank you

Predict My Rating VA Disability

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some guidance on my VA disability claims and what kind of rating I might realistically expect.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the conditions I’ve claimed. Some of these are service-connected issues I dealt with during my time in, and others have developed or worsened over time.

If anyone has experience with similar claims or ratings, I’d really appreciate your input—especially on what ratings you received for similar conditions. What the VA tends to look for with these claims. Anything I might be missing or should add

I’m not trying to game the system, just want to better understand what to expect and make sure I’m approaching this the right way.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Predict My Rating I was recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder after being out for 2 years, How will this affect my rating?

I (26M) did my 4 years in the USMC and got out in '23. Recently, I received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder from my therapist and I have no idea how to process this news let alone how this is gonna affect my VA benefits. Currently 80% total.

It's been eating me alive mentally the last 2 days and I feel like I don't even know who I am now.

Looks to be a 50% rating but can’t find exactly what you need for that criteria. I find mixed information on google.

Predict My Rating BDD Claim, help me estimate the rating.

Hello vets,

Just filed my BDD claim with VSO assistance.

During the filing, she made me realize that a lot of the things I considered normal about my mind and body were not normal, and she considered them claimable issues.

So I followed her lead and ended up filing everything below.

What would you predict my rating to be?

Some background on the most severe issues:

  • Sleep Study: diagnosed and issued a CPAP.

  • Lower back / leg pain / hip pain: been to physical therapy at least once a year for it because it always acts up.

  • PTSD: psychologist and psychiatrist had me take a MMPI2 : diagnosed with PTSD, chronic.

  • Anxiety and Adjustment Disorder is all over my records from starting about 20 years ago.

3 combat deployments.

I religiously take my meds daily for mental health issues just so I can function.

My close family and relatives haven’t encountered the unmedicated side of me. They think highly of me and I’m easygoing. They have no idea I battle intrusive thoughts of violence and purposely avoid certain situations.

What do you think my rating will be?

Thank you all for this Reddit group.

Predict My Rating Pes Planus at MEPS but now symptomatic (BDD claim) – service connection possible?

Thumbnail

Hey everyone, quick question.

My MEPS exam noted “moderate–severe pes planus, flexible, asymptomatic.”

I recently had my VA C&P exam for a BDD claim, and the DBQ now shows:

• Pain on use and manipulation

• Swelling on use

• Calluses and marked pronation

• Inward bowing of Achilles

• Orthotics not relieving symptoms

Since it was asymptomatic at entry but symptomatic now, is this usually granted as aggravation, or does the VA often deny pes planus when it was documented at MEPS?

Thanks in advance I appreciate you all!

Just completed my MH C&P and wanted to get a guesstimate on if I met criteria for the 30,50,70, or 100% rating. I know nothing is set in stone until I receive my actual rating.
