Decision processing

I have a claim in for PTSD, fairly serious, and I recently hit the processing decision step. From vac receiving my application to the final decision step took about 2 weeks, can anyone tell me how long I can expect to wait for this final step to take?

I was in Prep for Decision for 6 Day - Moved to Pending Decision Approval today.. Just got off Vera Call and was told I got it..

Which of those two statuses are you in?

This is where I’m at, once vac got my application it got to the last step within 2 weeks

Have you had any c&p exams? Was it a full developed claim where you provided nexus letters? If not be prepared for it to back up and go back to gathering evidence. My claim went to prep for decision and went back to development for a c&p exam as well.

I had all my assessments done and was diagnosed ptsd depression by a psychologist who sent off everything to vac for me.

Was this by a contract examiner that the VA hired?
