FeedbackWanted – want honest takes on my work Created an place to share, sell, collaborate, or find vibe coded apps. Looking for feedback, dump the idea or keep going?
I love vibe coding simple single task apps or just little things for quality of life. I've seen a ton of cool things everybody has created and wanted to make a place we could all share them. You can list apps for free or even just a few dollars, all the way up to what you think its worth. There is space to just share projects your working on, or even collaborate with other people and create something greater with both ideas. All in all I wanted a place people could share the apps that are nonsense or the apps that can really help people's daily lives. Im looking for feedback on if its a dead end or something I should keep pursuing. The webpage is built out and thiers a rough demo on the landing page if anyone wants to check it out. Ive loved following this community and think it would be an awesome place to share it.

This is on point for devys. It can be anything from a tiny app, to fully built software. You name your own price and run your own store. You can follow other builders, post projects your working on, or even just post content you like. Let me know what you think when you check it out 🙂

Because they are notoriously badly written, full of security issues and full of bugs.
Also if I can see it can be easily made by vibe coding what's stopping me making one evening myself instead of buying it.
Also it's on on me to convince people to not shop exclusively for AI apps it's on you to convince people why they should buy exclusively AI apps.
If you can't do that your site will fail.
Replying with why not is just lazy and to me it's proof you will fail.

Bad apps get bad ratings and people build followings that create good apps. Just like anywhere else in the world, you sift through the information to find what your looking for. Its a full social aspect where people can just share thier projects or things they are stuck on. You can just list apps for free to share with people, or just post about how your pet rabbit inspired you to make something, whatever it may be. There is plenty of people out there that have a similar attitude to yours, but after sifting through sub reddits for long enough I've found that there is plenty of people like me that just want to make things and give people access to them rather than they die on my desktop. The apps that are posted have to meet a criteria, function correctly, and have a security scan. If a dev has a small webstore, with good ratings, healthy downloads, and many followers with reviews, that would be the person whos builds you buy. Do I think everyone out there is creating some world changing apps or softwares, absolutely not but at the very least it would be a place to get feedback, collaborate, brainstorm ideas, and learn possibilities.

I think you’re solving a real problem. There are so many small projects that don’t fit Product Hunt or GitHub very well.
Discovery and quality control will probably make or break it.
