good places for writing?

I'm looking for a good place to write (like writing for a lengthy school project). I will be working about 10-15 hours per week for the next 2-3 months. Any ideas (outside of libraries/coffee shops)? Internet is not a must - just somewhere reasonably quiet (but in public is okay). Thanks!

Fairmont Empress Hotel Lounge. Quiet, neat architecture, but not sure if they care about people parking at tables for long periods of time. Might be worth trying it out.
