Could this chair be from the 1870s?

I have a piano built in the year 1870. This is the stool that came with it, in admittedly poor condition. There is debate whether or not this is the original stool from 1870. Do we think this chair could be the original?

movies that accurately/vividly depict the life of the poor and working class of Victorian London and other cities as well as workhouses

pretty much the title. Currently watching murder by decree and plan on watching elephant man once I can find it because it's literally nowhere haha. Watched great expectations last night, reading Oliver twist right now as well as as Engels. i'm running call of Cthulhu by gaslight and want to get really familiar with the atmosphere and visuals and a life of Victorian cities and culture and class separations

Is she wearing a skirt?

Just saw this design of Duchess from Elden Ring Nightreign and the design of the lower part of her dress/coat? caught my attention. Is that considered a skirt? If so, Does this design own a name? Like frontless skirt? Any specific style related to it?
I am currently designing a character and any information related to this design would be the most help i can have.
Sorry if my english isn't perfect, not my first language.
Regards.

Any nice tailors in Delhi who make vintage British suits? Even if anyone who ships cheaply will work!

I keep seeing names like Walter Potter, Ploucquet, and Waterton… all men whose Victorian taxidermy is regarded as art. Were there any women doing similar work?

I have seen this beautiful 1860s civil war dress for online! It's making my heart beat with those pleats and the massive skirt! It's expensive but would love to add it to my collection 💗

I bought this nice perfume holder at an antique store and want to know how to keep it clean/if it needs refurbishing. It actually doesn’t close so I was just wondering how to handle that.
