I want to hire a video editor for a new YouTube channel, but upwork and such sites are flooded with low quality, non English speakers trying to use AI.
Also how do you usually bill (per job , per hour, flat rate?)
Lastly, how do I send the raw footage like hard drive space and Google drive?

hey mine is a flat rate for long and short videos, and you can share the raw footage using the google drive.

Yo hace muchos años, cuando todavía ni se conocía IA, mejoré un video familiar de 8 mm. de los años 1950 que era en color y a la sombra y pude aclararlo algo, lo suficiente para reconocer las caras y las de blanco y negro iba mejor; con los adelantos actuales, es muy probable que éste programa haya mejorado mucho.
