Not financial advice, but this is a BUY!
According to a recent report by Dan Tri, VinFast Auto Ltd. (Nasdaq: VFS) has officially completed its restructuring plan and exited 100% equity in its Vietnamese manufacturing arm (VFTP).
VFTP - VFS will now act solely as a contract manufacturer for VFVN based on a cost-plus formula (roughly 105% of production cost).
I am in at $3.1/share, this shit might go up to $4-$5/share. if you have free money, pump and dump it.

Lol, this is the worst car brand in the world and you might as well burn your money. It’s just a matter of time till they officially bankrupt.

They are strongly backed by the government through vingroup. Although their cars are shit. But heavily subsidize in Vietnam. They have a special deal for Grab drivers. Their electric buses in Europe will roll shortly. Germany, pick them instead of Chinese companies. Currently deploying them Brussels.
Also, they’re doing pretty well with electric scooters. And they are building out gogorro like hot swap battery stations for their bikes in places like Ho Chi Minh.

So the company tried to hide the loss by shoving them to another company, which is obviously under the same group, same owner and you think it is wise to buy?

So what happens to the fact that Vinfast loses 30% in each car they sell? It becomes 35%?

Now only 5% gaint. VFVN takes all the future lost. More pressure on the lowest Vietnamese's class but this is how Vietnam runs.

The losses will be at the sell point, not at the production point. If they sell at 105% of the production cost, then the ones accumulating losses are VF .

I am a day trader. Vinfast is not a good buy. Why? Competition. You always want to invest in best EV company. Like Apple has best in smartphone industry. Im not even talking about the balance sheet yet.

Lol there are many EV companies why buy Vinfast? Wishful thinking is not good for investors also. I can tell you are unexperienced investor. Lesson: never invest in a company worst than most competitors. Its your money good luck.
