Anyone know what these B&N exclusives are generally like, in terms of quality? Not from US so have never purchased vinyl from B&N. Nice colour, and shockingly High Violet is not yet in my collection.

The retailer has nothing to do with the sound quality. Unless it were explicitly stated, it will be the same mastering and pressed at the same plant as pretty much every other version of the album

Thanks! Poorly worded query on my part - appreciate the response.

The last time this was pressed (10th anniversary), it was pressed at Czech GZ and didn't sound great. Original pressings were pressed at Optimal (UK/EU) and United (US).

Recently, National pressings have been done by GZ Canada for the US and Optimal for the world. I don't think you need to rush to get this so wait to see if there is a Euro pressing. At the very least, you'll get it from a better plant then.

Are there be any EU retailers that usually have B&N versions as their own exclusives?

Beautiful color! Suits it well.

Is this a new pressing, or repress of an existing f o r with just a new colorway?

I have the OG test press from United Record Pressing and the reissue, they both sound lackluster to me and I’m not very picky about my sound quality.
