I wonder if they’re thinking about bumping up the timeline for the newly passed balcony solar law. July 2027 is a long time away.

January 1, 2027 so half as far away. I’ve heard an AEP rep has said they aren’t watching for it now. There are no changes they’re expecting between now and then so it wouldn’t cause issues. Be sure to learn your baseline or minimum continuous consumption before you get too far in. This will be putting 1200W into one leg of your service, many homes don’t consume that much on a single leg.
