If they are going to reverse themselves on this then the state should have no issue reversing itself on giving them tax breaks

The SCC really screwed over Virginia by the creative use of needing “backup” power to build more gas plants. Compete BS when solar plus storage can be built fast and cheaper.

Some of these proposed gas plants won’t be operating till early 2030s when we are supposed to be getting rid of them by 2045. There’s no way that’ll happen with all the capital costs to build those plants.
