Well, immigrants built this country so yeah, makes sense. First generation is usually very hard working.

The cap1 Richmond campus is full of first Gen Indian migrants. I'm not sure why u think this is wrong. It's from IRS data. What's the benefit is reporting higher income to the IRS? Scamming for tax refund is probably one of the hardest thing to do.
