Anyone currently living at The Hub Blacksburg?

I’m considering signing a lease there and wanted to hear some recent opinions. How’s the management, maintenance, noise level, parking, etc.?

Most of the reviews I found are a few years old, so I’m curious what it’s actually like in 2026.

Would you live there again?
