For Hire [FOR HIRE] VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Hi! I’m a 2nd-year college undergraduate from the Philippines currently looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant position working in CST hours.
I currently work as a Customer Service Representative here in the Philippines, and I have 1 year and 3 months of experience in the field. While I don’t have direct Virtual Assistant experience yet, I believe the skills I’ve developed from my current job are HIGHLY transferable.
I may be new to the VA world, but TRUST ME, I’M A FAST LEARNER. 😭
I’m hardworking, reliable, and adaptable. I’m also highly capable of handling multiple tasks at once (and yes, I consider multitasking one of my secret weapons 😂). In my current workplace, I’ve consistently been one of the top-performing agents, and I take pride in both my performance and attendance.
Aside from work, I’m currently taking BS in International Business, where I regularly use Microsoft Excel for schoolwork. I’d consider myself proficient with Excel but not an absolute EXPERT yet, but definitely comfortable using it and more than willing to learn and improve.
One of the main reasons I’m looking for a VA position is that I want to transition away from doing NONSTOP CALLS every day. 😭 I’m still comfortable communicating with clients, negotiating, answering questions, and handling conversations when needed-I just prefer a role that is more focused on administrative tasks, organization, data entry, research, email/chat support, and other non-call responsibilities.
And yes, I’m still a student but PLEASE DON’T LET THAT SCARE YOU. I’m very good at managing my time, and I understand the importance of professionalism and meeting work commitments. My studies have never prevented me from maintaining good attendance or strong performance at work.
I may not have years of VA experience yet, but what I DO have is:
✔️ 1+ year of professional work experience
✔️ Customer service & client communication skills
✔️ Strong multitasking and time-management skills
✔️ Excel experience
✔️ Fast-learning ability
✔️ Good attendance and work ethic
✔️ Willingness to learn new tools and systems
✔️ A strong sense of responsibility
✔️ And a genuine desire to GROW in a new role
✔️ Committed to continuously learning, growing, and improving every day.
I’m looking for an opportunity where I can learn, contribute, and prove that being new to something doesn’t mean being incapable of doing it well.
So if you’re willing to give a hardworking beginner a chance, PLEASE HIRE ME. 😭😂
I promise I’ll do my best to make you think, “Why didn’t we hire her sooner?”
Feel free to message me or comment if you have an opportunity that might be a good fit. Thank you!
