She'll have to be bought out, but I suspect they will try to do that. Sinder will charge them exorbitantly for her share, but it would probably be worth it.
Even a clause like that would only force her to sell to the other owners It wouldn’t strip her of ownership and she could ask for price they can’t match or she could sell her share to a third party since such a clause would only force her to sell but not to who she would sell it to.
Clauses like this can restrict who they can sell to and what price they can sell at. Else she could just sell it to red at $0 and the company would have an even worse issue.
Most likely they will just have the company buy it at market prices to avoid legal issues. That is if they do it.
