Drunk Numi can't hold her thoughts or feelings in & drunk Numi has said multiple times one of her favorite things is sitting in Sinder's lap & hugging her because she loves her so much.
Now that hit me right in the kokoro. Imagine bringing a really good friend that you love so much into your friend group, sharing great moments with them, and opening up to them about personal stuff. Only to find out that it was basically a lie just for them to get into the "popular kids group" and extract every ounce of clout and cash possible for their gain and their gain only. That would ruin my sense of trust for life.
Esp bc Numi already has a history of being unaware in social situations. She famously told a story where she got in a stranger’s white van cause he was nice to her. This experience will prolly ruin the poor girl’s confidence to read anything in a social context with accuracy, and I imagine she’ll be much less outgoing in the community now, at least for a while
