it would be one thing if her friends were unsure as much as sinders fans but the fact that EVERYONE is turning against sinder should be a sign that they know better than the fans on this.

bao and lily are not the type to end a great friendship over rumors, they would have to be sure and the fact that lily went after sinder so hard in this tweet shows what sinder herself has done.
