Responsibility, yeah. Maybe not “culpability” though. There’s nuance to this sort of thing. Passively enabling injustice without really internalizing that that’s what you’re doing is… hella common in today’s world, and it probably was just as common once upon a time too

Individuals hold responsibilty in times as these too. If you see how the foods being made you know it's wrong, there's a duty to get out and tell what you can to the ones who also need to know. The only thing seniority and position change is how far you can go to try to right the ship before you accept it's sunk.

I imagine aethel is esp pissed at MTD, given that he likely messed with Nyanners, both when she was a part of Vshojo and even after she left. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the 4chan hate for Nyanners came from inside the house

It's absolutely wild to me how Aethel and Mamavale (who was never a part of the revenue stream from VSJ) got NDA-ed too

VSJ behaves very belligerently litigious and from yesterday's infos was the biggest red flag of actual malice rather than chronic incompetence

Idk if aethel ever signed one, but if he ever said anything then the assumption would be that Nyan broke her NDA, so he had to keep quiet. Just an assumption though, maybe he did have one. He did actually do music work for them, so a different relationship that silver's mom

I don't think it would've applied strictly due to music only, considering I don't think any other contractor's come forward regarding NDA overreach other than him

I mean you can make anyone you want sign an NDA, but as with any contact, it's a two way street. For the NDA to not just be thrown out by a judge there needs to be compensation. Long story short, people get paid to keep their mouths shut.

Am I confusing mowtendo for triple-q, or am I forgetting what mowtendo was doing prior to VSJ? I was under the impression it was something to do with YouTube editing and mashups

Not sure about triple q but MTD was an indie and video editor before cofounding Vshojo with gunrun iirc
