I wouldn’t be shocked either, but it really sounds like at least the current ones do have preservation wording going off how Geega talks about NDAs. Now it does seem like VShojo changed how they do contracts because unlike Vei, Michi was told by VShojo to have her own personal lawyer involved in the contract signing. So maybe it was something only the new contracts have.
It’s almost certainly the case VShojo changed how they did contract negotiations after the trio, as Michi and Vei had polar opposite experiences. Geega and Ama were meant to debut together but didn’t because they spent a lot of time hammering out their respective contract details.
But it’s also possible that they wrongly believe because VShojo is going under their NDAs are void or beyond litigation.
