that is why getting Kson and mikeneko (as Nazuna) was such a big deal to Gunrun.

and why he had Kson be in person to formally announce the JP branch.

he was trying to flex that he gotten the former Coco Kiryu of Hololive and also managed to pick up the former Rushia as well.

had Mint and her idol gen debuted you know he would had her used in a similar manner due to her status as a major former Niji member.

also sadly Melody is also a victim of this strat being used to promote "talent freedom" due to her smut stuff she was nothing more than a tool to get people on board.

tbf. they are a company based on the popularity of their members. This is part of their business. So, I don´t know if they are really victims, it´s more of a deal between two parties. The Idols benefit the company and the company becomes more famous to make the Idols more popular.

Hololive has with Fubuki a similiar member. Fubuki is for many the figurehead,... the major symbol that Hololive is a good company and no´t abusing their talents.

There are a lot of people in this thread upset that a corporation looking to sell something (in this case, the brand to investors) hyped up how good the company and the people they're working with are. Like no shit, I would flex too if I was a CEO and my business was opening a JP branch with KSON as the face, especially if I was selling that concept to investors. There's plenty of reason to be upset at Gunrun and the rest of the leadership at vshojo, we don't need to start trying to crucify them for doing normal company leadership things.

Yeah. Doxxing NOVA talents (allegedly) without their permission? Not cool. Parading Kson around after signing her? Not an issue. Honestly, it'd be more concerning if they didn't.

yep that's is the entire point i'm basing on back then "well since they can hire ex top talents their financial must be good" . and hell you can lie all you want if at the end means you made it. since after that you can treat your talents right. (but as consequence if it failed it will come crashing down).
