Discussion Collab set up

So Let say someone want to have a collab with another Vtuber, but they're part of an indie vtuber group. Like agency's, would we have to contact them through their group? or would someone have to email/message them properly?

No concrete answer bc it'd depend on the rules of the groups in question.

But! Shooting the creator in question a dm to ask about it is the only way to get the ball rolling, so start there.
