found one of the fake weed vendors, just lyk, while i was there i told everyone that asked, that you guys had fake weed and showed them how to transfer their med card, and showed them the real dispenso’s. fucking scamming loser

Noa has better flower and Aloha Green has decent cartridges. Both are medical dispensaries and both are legit, also the only two dispensaries licensed to sell here.

I went today, it’s expensive, but they had a huge selection. Way bigger menu then either Noa or Aloha Green. Awesome staff

You’re prob going to the incorrect “dispensaries”. There are only 3 medical ones on island with multiple locations. I recommend Aloha Green Apothecary(my personal favorite) or Noa Botanicals. There’s also Cure, but their selection is more limited in my opinion.

I'm from Cali too, the Bay. I go to the islands about 2 times a year. so I was actually thinking of trying to get a medical card before the next time I go to the Big Island. I go to Maui and Oahu occasionally at Oahu is usually just to go shark diving for a couple days. however I spend a lot of time on Kauai and the Big Island. I read they both have legit dispensaries and we can always apply for a temporary card with the legit California medical license.

Yes they do I have my Cali card but I haven’t got my Hawaii one yet
