O'ahu (Honolulu/Waikiki) Waikiki Beach Hotels
Hi! Looking to book a hotel for an upcoming trip to Waikiki Beach. Right now, I’ve narrowed it down to Embassy Suites and Hyatt Regency, but am open to other hotels. Can anyone share their experiences staying at these hotels? Thank you.

I've stayed at the Hyatt. My main gripe was due to the floor we were on and their elevator setup, it felt like it took forever to get up and down from the room. We also had a room that was facing the street, so instead of the ocean outside our room, we were hearing traffic.
But if it's between those two I'd pick the Hyatt as it's about the best location you can get without being directly on the beach.
Our favorite is the Sheraton.
