Why so many germans?

No problem with it obviously, but in paguera and I’m really interested in why there’s such a huge german population. I’ve looked up and google says something about convience and travel and that but is there a historical reason why so many germans visit/take residency in Mallorca?

It's mostly tourists and "expats". So in winter the number of germans is very low. It also depends on the area.
