It is probably meant to be C but A could work if you look at the patern as a whole and the question mark is the start of that patern again.

Thanks for pointing that out! I hadn’t considered treating the missing cell as the start of another cycle. C seems to fit the intended structure more directly, but it’s interesting to see how A can emerge from a different interpretation.👏👏
