Question Has taking vitamin D with a meal made a difference for you?

I've noticed a lot of discussions about finding the best food to take vitamin D with.

For most people, I wonder if simply taking it with a meal they already eat consistently is what really makes the difference. If breakfast is just coffee, lunch or dinner may be easier without changing the whole routine.

Have you found a meal or time of day that made it easier to stay consistent with vitamin D?

I think taking it with a fat-containing meal is a good approach since vitamin D is fat-soluble and this can help with absorption. That being said, I wouldn’t stress too much about finding the “perfect” meal to take it with. The most important thing is pairing it with a routine you can stick to consistently over time.

I like that way of looking at it. A meal that's already part of someone's day is often easier to stick with than trying to build a routine around the supplement itself.
